All dogs that live in Shasta County are required to be properly licensed and vaccinated against rabies after the age of four months.
For your convenience, dog licenses can be purchased at the following locations. Rabies vaccines are also available at these locations.

One form will accommodate licensing for up to three dogs. Dog owners 60-years of age or older qualify for the senior discount.
The licensing form may also be printed and mailed to Haven Humane Society at P.O. Box 992202, Redding, CA 96099-2202. A copy of a rabies vaccination certificate must be mailed in with the form.
Checks should be made payable to Haven Humane Society.
Once your form, rabies vaccination certificate, and payment are received, a license will be mailed to you.
Haven Humane Society also offers Licensing Clinics where rabies vaccines and microchips are discounted.
Rabies vaccines are offered for $8 when purchasing a license at one of our licensing clinics. If your dog's rabies vaccination has not expired, please bring the certificate to obtain another license.
Microchips are $20 at licensing clinics.
