About the Event
The 8th Annual Doggie Dash fundraising event for Haven Humane Society is a fun and exciting way to support the non-profit organization. If you are a dedicated runner, we have John Luaces from Midnite Racing on site to time & certify your results!
It’s a dog-friendly event and is great for the entire family! Costumes encouraged, and best pup costume prizes for the top two! Fastest runners for 5K and 10K categories.
Doggie Dash will start and finish at the Sundial Bridge, a spectacular crossing over the Sacramento River designed by Santiago Calatrava. The glass-decked Turtle Bay Sundial pedestrian bridge is the centerpiece of the regional and beautiful trail system. The beauty will dazzle you as you run or walk through the trees and next to the Sacramento River.
