The STAR Program is an educational Program for youth to learn basic dog training & socialization, by our Haven Humane Behavioral Specialist.
No pre-registration or application is required for this program, anyone 10 years old or older can join at any time! If you have a Saturday morning open, join us. It's free, fun and fabulous for our animals to get love and attention! PLUS, youth will learn and develop skills for handling and training dogs, understanding behaviors and methods to work with them, teamwork with other youths in the program and more.
Every week is a new program and a chance to learn and love a dog!
Requirements
10 years and older
Parents are welcome to stay or drop off
and pick up at designated times
8:30 AM Sharp to 10:00 AM
Every Saturday, excluding holidays
